Machine designed for deposited cookies with rotary template and wire-cut attachment for extruded cookies.
Special program extention is installed for the production of special cookies with depositing during the downward movement of conveyor, enabling to create special shaped products such as “flame” and “multi-level” round and long cookies .
Automatic setting of the conveyor height.
Products
Roller dosing head “sealed” suitable to deposit cream puffs, meringues, almond paste, whipped shortbread batter, sablè, extruded long and round wire-cut products.
Macaròn, sponge cake, rollé, cupcake, dosing of mousse on framed molds require the pump head (optional).
